‘Food Safety Online’ is published by Food Doctors (www.fooddoctors.com). Dr. Servé Notermans and Mrs. Ir. Klaske van Hoeij MSc are the main authors. It is an electronic monthly magazine which keeps you informed about new developments with regard to food safety. Special attention is paid to:

- general hygiene issues in relation to food handling;
